Packaged Substations are preferred by utility and clients for various benefits they offer.
- They typically occupy less space than a conventional substation.
- Complete weatherproof solution. Can be made in Galvanized Sheet steel, Double walled Aluminum (as for defense purposes) or in GRP.
- Ready to position solution: lifting eyes for ease of lifting.
- Minimum site work. Easy plug and play arrangement. Typically, one can charge a substation in 2-3 days.
- All the equipment is packed in a separate compartment and all compartments are individually accessible.
